Building a new "Apple Store"

This project was designed to respond to the requirement of the "Fruit Route Initiative", which is a platform held by an organization aiming to re-connect the local community and the student community near Loughborough University. The activities held by the organization includes an annual "fruit harvest", which ends with a "fruit sale" in autumn, when the apples collected in the campus can be picked up for free. Regarding this event, the requirement of the project was to design a new "Apple Store", where the place can be a focal point of various activities mentioned above. The focus of the project was to create a new interaction among students and wider community through the pavilion, while simultaneously offering a suitable design strategy to store a sufficient amount of apple during these events.
